The business was established by Christian Podger our Managing Director, who has over 25 years experience within the retail industry, having owned and managed companies within the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, before re-locating to Marbella.

We are an independent, and professional firm with a positive attitude, covering all aspects of residential property sales and rentals, through a business which is built on energy, agility, professionalism and knowledge.
