Long Term Rentals:

Our long-term rentals contracts are for a period of 11 months, and we ask for two months deposit and one months rent in advance. We always obtain two references: one from a current employer and a character reference. We also ask for bank statements as proof of legitimacy.

The average rental income for a two-bedroom property in Puerto Banus is between €1.200 and €1.500 per month. For a three-bedroom property it is between €1.800 and €2.100 per month. Our commission for a long-term rental is one months rent.

Short Term Rentals:

Estate Agents Marbella is the only company to have a dedicated rental department that has its own property management scheme. We have a choice of contract companies we use for cleaning and maintenance and also offer an airport pick up service, welcome packs, meet-and-greet and valet services.

We always get cash deposits from clients staying in our properties, and we expect to receive the same amounts for a weekly rent high season as we do monthly on a long-term contract.
