Villa | Alhaurín De La Torre

This finca consists of a plot of 10,000m² with two bungalows, two pools and a large jacuzzi.  It is

located 20 minutes drive from the airport of Malaga.

Both the main house and the guest house have their own swimming pool.  Both houses are equipped

with air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, which makes them a comfortable place to stay

in both summer and winter.  The pool of the main house can be heated by solar energy.

About 60% of the plot is a fruit orchard with oranges, tangerines, figs, grapes, peaches and many

other kinds of fruit.  The finca is rurally situated near the village of Alhaurin de la Torre and close to

the main roads to Malaga, Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba.

Privacy in subtropical surroundings

Subtropical flowers and various fruit trees shield both houses from prying eyes.  They are built on a

gently sloping hill so that the patio and front garden offer a magnificent view on the orchard and

valley.  The garden and orchard cover an area of almost 10.000m², thus ensuring complete privacy.

There is plenty of grass around both houses.

The main house

The main house is a comfortable bungalow of 135m², including a roofed terrace of 26m².  It is cosy,

friendly and typically Spanish in style.  It has been built in 1990 by Spaniards and has been used as a

holiday home since 2001.  The house has a lot of luxuries like a heated pool, a big outside jacuzzi for

up to 10 people, Internet, DVD, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms and central heating.

There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath), living with fireplace and a fully-

equipped kitchen with microwave, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The guest house

The guest house is a bungalow for 2-4 people, constructed in 2003.  It lies behind the main house at

the other side of the private access road.  Also here is full privacy and perfectly suitable to rent as an

independent bungalow.

The style is comfortable and modern with Spanish details.  There is a spacious living, an open-plan

kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in closets, direct access to its own pool and a bathroom with

shower.  Just like villa the main house, the guest house has air conditioning and central heating in all

rooms.

Two private swimming pools

Both houses have their own pool.  So you can pick the one you like best! The pool of the main house

(9x5m) lies between palm trees and fruit trees in a large garden with lots of grass.  It can be heated by

solar energy.  Close to the pool of the mail house there is a large jacuzzi of 4x2m.

The pool of the guest house (6x6m) lies in the garden, which is completely walled-in.  From the raised

patio you have a lovely view over the pool, the orchard and the sloping hills in the distance.

In the evening both pools and gardens can be illuminated.  During the sultry summer evenings there

is nothing greater than having a swim in an illuminated pool!
